é uma modelo brasileira, representante do Brasil no concurso Miss Terra 2009 e vencedora do concurso.
Larissa, é da mesma época das gêmeas Danielle e Gabrielle. Com o sonho de receber a faixa e a coroa, sempre lutou nos concurso de beleza.
Participa desde os 15 anos, seu primeiro concurso era de escola (Gato e Gata, o aluno mais bonito da escola), depois vieram os convites das agencias, daqui mesmo da cidade de Manaus. Em 25 de maio de 2007, ela foi escolhida como uma das finalistas do concurso Top Model no Amazonas, Brasil, de 1.572 candidatos realizados pela Revista Empório Amazônia em parceria com a Karin Models Paris. Larissa estuda biologia na Universidade Federal do Amazonas.
Participou do Miss terra Amazonas 2006 (antigo concurso Beleza Amazonas/ Beleza Brasil), ficou entre as 5 finalista, em 5° lugar.
Márcia Meirelles, estava atrás de uma meninas de pele morena, de preferência para representar o Amazonas no Beleza Brasil. A noticia chegou na agencia de Larissa Ramos e seu agente indicou a Miss para Márcia Meirelles...
A agencia tinha bastante patrocinador, e devido a isso, Larissa Ramos conquistou a Coordenadora Márcia Meirelles.
Até então era só pra testar Larissa Ramos no Beleza Brasil, Márcia achou a beleza dela tão envolvente que, gostaria de ve-la no palco do Miss Brasil, sendo a Miss Amazonas Universo 2009.
Mal saberia Larissa do que o destino guardava pra ela. Representou o Amazonas no concurso Miss Terra Brasil 2009 realizado no dia 28 de novembro de 2008 no Marista Hall em Belo Horizonte em Minas Gerais. No dia 23 de novembro de 2009, foi eleita Miss Terra 2009, onde concorreu ao título com mulheres de 80 países. Larissa é a segunda brasileira a vencer o concurso. A primeira foi Priscilla Meirelles, paraense que também representou o Amazonas, vencedora do concurso em 2004.

Larissa Ramos venceu de 80 delegações de vários países e territórios que disputavam a coroa de Miss Terra O concurso de top 16 semifinalistas competiram em ambas as competições de maiô e vestido de noite.Para determinar os oito semifinalistas, a primeira vez desde 2003. Na última rodada da competição, a parte de perguntas e respostas, os oito participantes restantes foram mostradas imagens que mostrava as destruições da Mãe Natureza e perguntou sobre suas impressões. Após a conclusão do concurso, titular cessante Miss Terra 2008 Karla Henry das Filipinas coroado Larissa Ramos do Brasil como sua sucessora.
O Miss Terra 2009 teve como tema "Verde Vida", no qual as candidatas se envolveram com as causas ambientais. O programa foi apresentado por Marc Nelson, Sarah Meier, e Manotoc borgy.
Hoje Larissa vive em Manila – Filipinas, cumprindo sua agenda de Miss Terra, desde visitações em ONGs, Festas Beneficentes, Carreatas em prol a natureza...
